Nawal is pre-launch. These interim terms govern use of this website and registration for the early-access programme only. A full service agreement will be issued before any paid commercial use begins.
1. Who we are
This website and the Nawal service are operated by Khalid Hussein Shobokshi Communications & Information Technology Co., Commercial Registration No. 7054796466, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Early-access programme
- Registering for early access does not create a contractual obligation on either party.
- We do not guarantee that every registrant will be accepted, nor any specific availability date.
- Features and pricing may change before launch.
3. Acceptable use
When the service is made available to you, you agree to:
- Send reminders only in respect of genuine, lawfully owed amounts.
- Hold a lawful basis for sharing debtor data with us.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's commercial policies.
- Not use the service to harass, threaten or mislead.
4. Data and privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your debtor data; we are a processor acting on your behalf.
5. Limitation of liability
Early access is provided “as is”, without warranties. We are not liable for commercial losses arising from service interruption during this phase.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
